Missed visits

We have lengthy wait lists and work hard to triage and ensure patients get the care they need, when they need it. If appointments or procedures are not attended with adequate notice we cannot rebook other waiting patients into these scarce spots. Fees are correspondingly applied to discourage these events. Five working days notice is required.

Missed office/telehealth appointment $100.00

Missed procedure/surgery appointment. $150.00

Payment is required prior to rebooking. Contact our staff if there are unique circumstances beyond your control.
